We guarantee delivery on orders shipped with a guaranteed shipping option through FedEx or UPS. These options include:
- Overnight
- 2 Day Guaranteed
- 3 Day Guaranteed
All other shipping options are considered non-guaranteed. We guarantee that products will be delivered on time and in good condition. Any delays in shipping may be resolved by resending the items as ordered, store credit, a partial refund, a full refund, or a combination thereof. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and outside of the United States are not covered by our shipping guarantee. Also, USPS shipments and ground shipments from FedEx and UPS are not guaranteed. Late shipments to these locations or from the carriers/services do not qualify for refunds under our shipping guarantee.
Please note, orders that include a digital proof(s) may be delayed while awaiting customer approval. Such delays are not covered by the Shipping Guarantee.
